For any standing committees who are interested in submitting the funding application, please fill in the attached form and send it to APAO Central Secretariat at apao-funding@apaophth.org together with the proposal and the budget. You can also retrieve the application form from the project website at http://www.apaophth.org/application-for-funding/

The timeline and review process for the 2025/2026 application is given below:

Project grants application for Y2025/2026 closes

Reimbursement for project grants Y2024/2025 closes

Initial proposal vetting by APAO Central Secretariat

February 2025

Project grant funding proposals to APAO ExCom for review and decision

March 2025

Project grants endorsed by APAO ExCom, together with the recommended funding amount, circulated to APAO Council for review before Council Meeting

April 2025 (^)

 

Project outcomes / deliverables of previous year (Y2024/2025) to be presented by Standing Committees and Project Committees to APAO Council

Recommendations for Y2025/2026 from APAO ExCom to be presented, discussed, and endorsed by APAO Council
