Greetings from the Secretariat of the 126thAnnual Meeting of the Korean Ophthalmological Society Organizing Committee.

Our society has been convening the Annual Meeting of the Korean Ophthalmological Society twice every year and the next meeting, the 126thCongress, will be held as an international ophthalmology meeting in Seoul, Korea on October 29 to 31, 2021.

The Korean Ophthalmological Society is deeply committed to the health and safety of our communities during the COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, due to the increasing risk of recurrent outbreaks, physical meetings between our international colleagues and partners in Korea may not be possible, and so we are preparing for an academic conference that combines both online and offline presentations.

The registration fee will be free with the online conference.

You can participate in the international sessions and key note session by online. In addition, the certificate of the conference will be sent to you afterwards.

If you would like to submit an abstract, please visit the following website, KOS 2021 (kosmeeting.org) for detailed instructions, by August 4, 2021. Online presentations are also possible only if you can send your presentation file as a powerpoint presentation with voice annotation or similar video files. We'll let you know more about submitting your online presentation file after Abstract acceptance.

We plan to give an award to the top 3 presenters from the international sessions.
