ABSTRACT A woman with
massive serous retinal detachment and old peripheral neovascu-larization
caused by circumscribed choroidal hemangioma who presented with decreased
vision in 2 months was reported. The laser photocoagulation can not be performed
because of massive serous retinal detachment, so subretinal fluid drainage
was used. The result of this method presented a well attached retina but
poor visual function from cystoid macular edema.
