ABSTRACT The self-invented anteridr chamber maintaining system (ACMS) can be easily made by using a used car's power-window motor, a long piece of canvas, an adaptor to convert AC to DC, a 20 gauge needle for injection and a silicone tube.

This inexpensive tool is very handy, controlled by a foot switch. It is proved to be more advantage on extra capsular cataract extraction than the normal intervention.
