ABSTRACT Because of the high incidence and great variety of complications association with anterior chamber intraocular lens, six patients were used two techniques of transscleral posterior chamber lens fixation with a mean follow up of 9.7 months (range, 1-22 months). The second  implantation of posterior cham'ber lens 'by using 23 needle suturing the haptics to sclera was used in five patients. This technique have been successfully performed in both complicated intracapsular cataract surgery and secondary intraocular lens implantation. The second technique will diminish bleeding and surgery timing.
