ABSTRACT
Retinal
hemorrhages are useful findings for diagnose child abuse with associated intracranial
hemorrhage if history of trauma is unclear, so-called "Shaken Baby Syndrome".
We report a case of shaken baby syndrome presented with convulsion and drowsiness.
Physical and ocular examination revealed ecchymosis and bilateral retinal
hemorrhage. Computerized tomography scan shows subdural hematoma.
