ABSTRACT : A case of M.fortuitum keratitis was reported. The patient had a problem of decreased vision post IOL removal as a result of wound gaping. The initial diagnosis was anterior uveitis. After treatment with steroid, the vision got worse and keratitis developed. M. fortuitum was found by culture. Keratitis improved with treatment by amikacin but visual acuity did not.
