ABSTRACT

Chioroquine has been used in the treatment of rheumatologic and dermatologic disorders since 1950. Ocular complications became apparent as corneal deposits and retinopathy with visual loss. We herein report a case of 53-year-old Thai female who has rheumatoid arthritis. She had taken chloroquine 250 mg/day for 4 years and 9 months. Then, she had blurred vision and the fundoscopic examination demonstrated Bull's eye maculopathy in both eyes.
