Telescopic Intranasal Dacryocystorhinostomy – A Case Report

ABSTRACT This is the first Thai report on the technique of telescopic / endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy (ENDCR). The 26 year-old female patient had a good relief of epiphora after ENDCR. This new technique should be performed with the most care because of the very close proximity to the globe.
