Stevens - Johnson Syndrome following Typhoid Vaccination

BSTRACT A case of Stevens - Johnson syndrome following typhoid vaccination in a 9 year old girl was reported. She had also a third degree protein energy malnutrition and vitamin A defi ciency. These conditions worsened her ocular pathology until she developed bilateral corneal perfo ration. We successfully treated her with systemic vitamin A and bilateral penetrating keratoplasty.
