Loss in Psudoxanthoma Elasticum

Abstract A case of pseudoxanthoma elasticum
in a 48-year-old man who presented with skin lesions and visual loss was
reported. Ocular changes included angioid streaks around the discs and yellowish
mottling of the retinal pigment epithelium (peau dorange) in the posterior
poles. The patient had visual deterioration due to choroidal neovascularization
involved the macular of the right eye.
