A Computerized Classification and Coding System for Disorders of the Eye

    Abstract The code for diagnosis and therapy of the disorders of the eye has been used. The coding process can be done by the coding sheets or by the computer program. The data entry management, and retrieval programs have been developed which one can simply use it to find or select individual patient or group of patients with certain diagnosis and therapy.
