Intraocular Lens Implantation in the Faculty of Medicine Chiangmai University

    Abstract Intraocular lens implantation in the Faclty of Medicine Chiangmai University really began in 1985. Only 4.7 per cent of 468 cataract patients were implanted.

    In the first seven months of 1986., 68 patients (23.1%) among the 294 cataract patients were implanted. The visual results wer quite satisfacterily.
